Standard home & garden hire is 12-4.

Standard delivery is from 7.30am to 12 noon via the most efficient route. Collections usually start at 4pm and are usually complete by 8.30pm or sunset, whichever is earlier.

Where possible we endeavour to accommodate parties outside the above times, but this cannot be guaranteed. We may collect before 4pm if the party finishes earlier.

If an earlier delivery or later collection is required please select Priority delivery or collection below, or Overnight Hire.

The supervising person must be present for delivery and collection, and equipment must be inflated at the time of collection for inspection and cleaning.

We will ask you to watch a safety video and to confirm all expected equipment has been delivered before we leave. We will take photos of the equipment once set up for insurance and marketing purposes.

Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery or collection times for standard delivery home hires and recommend events are planned between 12 noon and 4pm during busy periods (see above).

For venue hires, please allow 20-45 minutes for set-up and pack-up of the equipment. A single 11x15 castle takes approximately 20 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up. Larger inflatables and packages take longer. Please ensure you have allowed time for this within your venue hire period and that little fingers and toes (and bigger fingers and toes) can be kept away from the area and route to the delivery van.

Set-up takes 20-30+ minutes depending on access and size/amount of equipment booked.

Pack-up takes 30+ minutes depending on access and size/amount of equipment booked.

To enable us to provide longer hire periods we sometimes deliver the day/evening before and/or collect the morning/day after. Please tick the applicable boxes if you are able to accept this and have a suitably secure garden with no public access e.g. a back garden with secure walls or fence and locked gate.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time for us to set up and pack away within your venue hire period, typically 20-40 minutes (longer for larger equipment/packages). Last collection for venue hires is 7.30pm. Please contact us before booking if you require collection later than this.

We can't set up on hard surfaces outdoors as approximately 1 tonne of sandbags or weights are required to comply with safety regulations - and it's just not practical in terms of size and weight. We can only set up on artificial grass if we can stake through it into a soft surface underneath. This will leave holes and you must provide written permission.

Access Requirements:

Close, level & direct access is required for our large, 2.5m high delivery van (please check car park barriers for venue hires, make space on your drive or ensure you've reserved an on-street space). Please contact us before booking if you have access restrictions such as security/check-in, unmade or narrow roads or similar that will extend the delivery time required.

We can't deliver inflatables through your home, narrow gates, round tight corners, or up/down more than three steps due to the size & weight of the equipment. As a rough guide, if you can manoeuvre a washing machine or tall fridge through easily on a sack-truck then access is good enough. If you can't, neither can we!

For outdoor set-ups please ensure the area is flat, level, clear of any overhead and underfoot obstacles (e.g. tree branches) and animal waste (even if it's not yours). We will refuse to set up if it is unsafe or unsanitary and no refund will be due.
