• FAQ

    • Are you insured?

Yes, we hold £5 million public liability cover. The certificate can be downloaded from our Insurance page.

    • How do I book?

You can book online, or contact us by telephone or by email.

    • Do the castles need to be monitored?

Yes, but not necessarily by us.

For your own private hires a responsible adult needs to supervise any of our hired equipment when it is in use, or it needs to be secured when not in use. See under Rental Terms in the menu above for more detail.

If you do require a staff member to monitor hired equipment this can be arranged as long as we have someone available. This is charged at £25 per hour per staff member. Please not that some occasions will require more than one staff member per inflatable (public events, etc). We're happy to discuss your requirements in advance of your booking and event.

    • How much notice do you need?

We don't need any notice, although bouncy castles do get booked up in advance, especially during the summer. If you're in a fix call us and we may just have what you need available.

    • Is there an age limit?

No, however our current range of castles are only suitable for children under 1.4m in height which is roughly 10 - 12 years.

    • What's included in the price?

Our price includes everything you need for hire of a bouncy castle; delivery, set up and collection, safety matting, blower to inflate the castle, ground pegs or sandbags and public liability insurance.

Please note that if you require a staff member to monitor your hired equipment this is charged at £25 per hour, per staff member required.

    • When are they available?

Our castles are available any time, 7 days a week. You can contact us to discuss specific dates and times, we offer them on a first come, first served basis.

    • Can I keep the castle overnight?

Yes, provided it's not already been booked for the following day. We offer a £25 discount on the second day's hire. We would also need to ensure the security of the hired equipment overnight and are happy to discuss this with you.

    • What's the latest time you can pick it up?

Generally you can keep it until 8pm, it may be possible to arrange a later pick-up for an additional charge.

    • Do you charge a deposit?

Yes, we charge a booking deposit of £20 or 20% for larger/corporate hires that is offset against the total cost. More detail on deposits can be found on our Pricing, Deposits & Cancellations page.

    • What happens if it rains?

For safety reasons our inflatables can't be used in wet and rainy conditions. Most are fitted with a shower cover, so once you have dried any wet areas - including the front step and safety matting - you're free to bounce again.

    • Can mixed ages/sizes use the bouncy castles?

No, our public liability insurance only allows for similar age & size groups to use the castles at the same time. This is because the difference in size/weight can cause significant injuries - and we're sure you'd prefer everyone to have fun and be safe.

    • What do I need to provide?

    Not much!

We will need to see some Photo ID with a current address, such as a driving licence, to form part of the hire agreement.

You'll need to ensure there is access to power for the electric inflator, and a safe area to inflate the castle. More detail can be found in our Rental Checklist.
