Pricing, Deposits & Cancellations Policy


Prices stated on our individual hire pages include the following:

  •         Delivery of your bouncy castle*
  •         Full set-up
  •         Collection and pack-down
  •         £5m public liability insurance

*Delivery charges may apply for some areas outside our Free Delivery postcodes listed on the Delivery Locations tab.


For domestic bookings with a value of less than £300

We ask for a booking fee of £25-£35 with or within 48 hours of making your booking, this comes off the total balance. We can also accept full payment at time of booking or any time before delivery online.

Balance of payment must be made before we set up, and we may not be able to accept payment on the day. Please ensure the full balance is transferred to us by the end of the last banking day before your event.

If your booking is especially large or you have adults using the equipment we do sometimes need to charge a returnable deposit against any damage or losses. This is returned to you in full if all is well at the end of the hire. We will let you know if this applies to you.

For corporate customers or bookings with a value in excess of £300

We ask for a booking deposit of 20% of your booking value with or within 48 hours of placing your booking.

This is non refundable after 14 days of payment. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.

Cancellation & Refunds

For domestic bookings with a value of less than £300

We know that life has a way of changing – even at the last minute – and so we offer a flexible cancellation policy.

If the weather is bad on the day of your event and you are able to offer 2 hours notice (by phone) there will be no charge for cancellation*.

In the event that heavy rain or winds greater that 24 mph are forecast bookings can be cancelled no more than 24 hours in advance under the terms above.

We may contact you to postpone your booking in the event of unsuitable weather or other reasons and we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible (e.g. to source an indoor venue)*.

*Booking fees are non-refundable and will be carried over to a future booking within 6 months. Any balance paid above the booking fee amount we will refund in full. We certainly don’t want to penalise you for the British weather.
