Pricing, Deposits & Cancellations

Prices stated on our individual hire pages include the following:

      •         Delivery of the hired equipment*

      •         Full set-up

      •         Collection and pack-down

      •         £5m public liability insurance

    *Delivery charges and/or minimum order values may apply for some areas outside our Free Delivery Area shown on the Delivery Locations page, depending on order value and other factors.

    Deposits

    For domestic bookings with a value of less than £300

    To secure the equipment we require a non-refundable deposit with or within 24 hours of acceptance and invoicing of your booking, this is deducted from the total balance.

    Balance of payment must be made by the due date, 14 days before the booking date.

    Non-payment may result in the loss of your booking, especially during busy periods.

    If your booking is especially large or adults will be using the equipment we do sometimes need to charge a returnable deposit against any damage or losses. This is returned to you in full if all is well at the end of the hire. We will let you know if this applies to you.

    For corporate customers or domestic bookings with a value in excess of £300

    A booking deposit of 20% of your booking value is required with or within 1 working day of accepting and invoicing your booking.

    This is non refundable after 14 days of payment. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days in advance of the booking hire date.

    Cancellation & Refunds

    For domestic bookings with a value of less than £300

    In the event that heavy or persistent rain, or winds greater that 24 mph are forecast, cancellations for outdoor bookings may be accepted  in writing between 10am and 6pm the day before the booking, and there will be no charge for cancellation*.

    We may contact you to postpone your booking in the event of unsuitable weather or other reasons and we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible (e.g. to source an indoor venue)*.

    Cancellations or changes to bookings that reduce their value for any other reason within 14 calendar days of the hire date will not be accepted and the invoiced amount must be paid in full by or on the due date. Changes that increase the value of a booking may be accepted subject to availability.

    *Booking deposits are non-refundable and will be carried over to a future booking within 6 months. Any balance paid above the deposit amount will be refunded in full on request.

    For corporate customers or domestic bookings with a value in excess of £300
